Memorial Giving

Honor the Memory of a Loved One

Charitable donations to HopeHealth are a beautiful way to remember a loved one, family member, or friend. These donations ensure our compassionate care of another patient, support another family in their journey, and guarantee that our services are available to everyone in our community.

1

Make a Memorial Gift

A memorial gift is a beautiful way to honor your family member’s memory and support the mission of HopeHealth Hospice. To make a memorial gift, visit the Donate Now page, look for the section in the form called “Honor and Memorial Giving” and check off “This gift is in honor or memory of someone.”

2

Designate HopeHealth in Lieu of Flowers for a Memorial or Funeral Service

If you would like to name HopeHealth Hospice as a charity of choice “in lieu of flowers” at a loved one’s funeral, simply add the appropriate sentence below to the obituary:

“Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent to HopeHealth Hospice, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904.”

If you have questions, please contact Helena Carvalho at (401) 415-4206 or HCarvalho@HopeHealthCo.org.

3

Inscribe a Brick in Our Memorial Garden

As a lasting way to honor someone special, you can purchase a memorial brick inscribed with the name of a loved one for placement in our memorial garden in Rhode Island.
