Hope for the Holidays

Hope for the Holidays

Virtual support workshops for those coping with grief during the holidays.

Find Comfort and Community This Holiday Season

HopeHealth cordially invites you to join us at our Hope for the Holidays virtual gatherings in November. These sessions are for people who are approaching the holiday season without the presence of a loved one. Grief can be especially powerful during the holidays and offering the comfort of our support will be our privilege.

During each one-hour session we will discuss ways to cope with grief, how to discover new rituals and make alternative plans with greater comfort. There will be time for a Q&A and discussion at the end of each session. Each virtual gathering is hosted by a professional grief counselor who understands the complexity of grief and the effect it can have on us particularly during the holiday season.

We hope you can join us virtually for one of these educational and supportive sessions. Sessions will be held on 11/6, 11/12, 11/18, 11/24 and 11/30.

Looking for a way to honor and remember your loved ones this year? Join us for our virtual Light Up a Life event on December 10 at 6 p.m.
