Learn about HopeHealth's 50th Anniversary Campaign to support our future.

In our 50th year, HopeHealth is looking ahead — with a clear vision for how we can meet our community’s growing needs.

This campaign's goal is to invest in three strategic priorities, each building on the values and strengths that have guided us from the beginning.

Together, these initiatives will ensure that more people can live well with serious illness, receive hospice care when the time comes, and feel supported every step of the way.

Priority 1: Support for seriously ill patients and their caregivers

Expand our home-based palliative care services and scope, filling a critical care gap for those living with serious illness - and those caring for them.

The goal: Triple the number of patients we support through Advanced Illness Care, our home-based palliative care program, and add services for caregivers.

Priority 2: Hospice access through the Arthur S. Robbins Hope Fund

Ensure that everyone who needs hospice can receive it - regardless of their life circumstance, or ability to pay.

The goal: Build a permanent endowment fund to ensure that no one is turned away from hospice care.

Priority 3: Expand outreach to underserved communities

Improve serious illness and end-of-life care for everyone in our community - with dignity, respect and a sense of belonging.

The goal: Increase our reach, so that everyone knows they can "Just Call Hope."
