Veterans Programs
HopeHealth is a partner in the We Honor Veterans program and offers special support groups, veteran pinning ceremonies and trains veteran volunteers.
Volunteer Training and Education
Volunteers are an integral part of the care team, supporting patients and families through companionship, help with errands and respite care, pet therapy, and sharing special skills like music, reiki or hand massage.
Dementia and Alzheimer’s Services
HopeHealth takes a holistic approach to meeting the unique needs of dementia patients and their caregivers, including providing respite opportunities, support groups and connecting them to community resources.
Palliative Care
Our team of 43 providers works throughout our community providing symptom management, advance care planning, emotional and spiritual support, and improved quality of life—so patients with serious illness can live as long and as well as possible.
Pediatric Supportive Services
Pediatric supportive care offers comfort and relief of suffering for patients and families facing some of life’s most difficult moments, all provided by clinicians who understand the needs of children.
