During this unprecedented time, HopeHealth is here for you. Find comfort and peace at our weekly dementia caregiver support group to our community.

Mondays from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. ET

Wednesdays from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. ET

Thursdays from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. ET

Fridays from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. ET

General Caregiver Support Group

The support of caregivers during these particularly trying times brought by COVID-19 is essential to their wellbeing and that of their families.

Veteran Caregiver Support Group

This special caregiver support group will focus on self care of the caregiver, accessing resources for veterans when needed and creating space for sharing in a safe and supportive environment.

Third Tuesday of Every Month from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. ET

Mindfulness Meditation for Caregivers

In general, meditation practice has been shown to be helpful with improving concentration, attention, creativity and decreasing anxiety and depression.
