Hope for the Holidays

Find Comfort and Community This Holiday Season

The holidays can stir up many emotions—especially when you’re grieving. Traditions may feel different, and it can be hard to know how to move forward. You’re not alone.

Our free program, Hope for the Holidays, is designed to help you cope with grief during this season. Each session is led by a professional grief counselor who understands the challenges of loss and the unique difficulties that holidays can bring.

Together, we’ll explore practical tools for coping, create space for reflection, and share encouragement in a caring community.

We invite you to join us and discover ways to find comfort, strength, and connection this holiday season.

Honor Your Loved One With a Virtual Candle

Beginning November 1, 2025, our special virtual candle lighting memorial will be live on the HopeHealth website. As part of our holiday grief support programs, we invite you to honor your loved one by submitting their name along with a personal message to be displayed online.

Once lit, your candle will stay illuminated throughout the holiday season, serving as a lasting tribute to your loved one’s memory.

Stay tuned for more details.
