An Evening of Hope & Gratitude is an uplifting event that supports patients in our care and their families with the services they need, including palliative care, hospice and grief support.
The evening features the presentation of the HopeHealth Human Dignity Award, the Distinguished Advocate Award and a special award presented to an extraordinary caregiver on HopeHealth's own staff.
