HopeHealth's wide range of educational courses for professionals and caregivers aim to empower our community with the knowledge they need to provide compassionate care.

Caring for a Loved One with Dementia
When Is Your Loved One with Dementia Eligible for Hospice?
How do you know when your loved one with dementia may benefit from hospice care? This workshop in our Dementia Caregiver Education Series for family caregivers will guide you through Medicare hospice guidelines, the qualifying criteria, and additional factors that contribute to hospice eligibility. The Grief Journey of the Dementia Caregiver
In this session, we will explore how grief changes for dementia caregivers at each stage of the disease—from anticipatory grief to bereavement. Identifying the caregiver’s greatest area of stress will also be a part of the discussion. This workshop is part of our Caregiver Confidence Education Series for family caregivers. CE not available.
